Abstract:This research examines the factors influencing customer satisfaction with mobile banking services in Nepal. It highlights the impact of technology on the financial sector and the challenges faced by users. The study focuses on service quality, reliability, responsiveness, user-friendliness, and satisfaction. The findings can inform strategic improvements in the mobile banking industry and contribute to the development of a productive and secure mobile banking ecosystem in Nepal.
